SO, to start the weekend, my mom and I took Noah to the Petaluma Carnival. We really thought Noah wouldn't be tall enough for any of the rides, but they were pretty lenient and they let him through! He was able to ride on a little roller coaster, swings, merry-go-round, and even climb this huge contraption (ya I don't know what it's called).
JUST under 36"!!
Noah loved the swings, but then he didn't, then he did..haha
I wasn't sure if I should tell them to stop or not! But he did great and made it to the end!
Merry-Go-Round is always a hit..
This little roller coaster was his FAVORITE!
We went on a couple times!
This climbing contraption was interesting. They let us go on for free so of course I couldn't resist but let Noah go on. Going with him and climbing up there at almost 8 months preggo was pretty interesting. But we made it!
On Saturday, we were SO happy to find out that Greg was feeling much better. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed off to Train Town in Sonoma. We got there right when they opened which apparently was a great idea. The place was packed by the time we left around noon.
We started off going on the train. It's a twenty minute ride with a 9 minute stop at the petting zoo. Noah loved it all! We went through FOUR TUNNELS, and if you know Noah, he was stoked! And they were "weeeeally dawk"!!
Taking it all in on the Train...
Feeding the Alpaca...
We were so busy feeding the animals, we ran out of time to check out the little buildings. Good thing I was able to get a photo of Noah in the outhouse! Phew! ;)
After the train ride, we hit the big rides.
Unfortunately, Noah didn't get as lucky as he did with the Petaluma Carnival
He was literally an inch too short...here's my little cheater standing on his toes haha
At least we were able to go on the Merry-Go-Round! Every time we went around he would shout out and wave "hi daddy!!"...It was the cutest thing, melts my heart!
Then there was the other big kid that was smiling ear to ear when he got to go on the big swings!
Watching Daddy on the swings with his snack...another heart melter of him yelling "HI DADDY!"
THEN there was the roller coaster. Noah was NOT a fan lol. This roller coaster was a bit more "jerky" than the one in Petaluma. Luckily they only did 2 laps and not 3!
He loved this bear and was ready for a picture!
After Train Town, we went to lunch and hung out around the square in Sonoma. Then headed home, Noah was "not tired" at all! ;)
Today, another GORGEOUS day, we decided to head over to the Petaluma Airport to watch the planes take off and land.
Then went down by the creek to throw some rocks. It was fun to go down there because I use to do the same thing when I was little. Good memories!!
Hope everyone had a nice weekend!! :)
