Cape May Trick-or-Treat and Parade!

Today we enjoyed our day downtown at the Washington Street Mall Trick-or-Treating. The town was packed with people. Noah was all about his dragon costume! He even kept the hood on his head! What a difference 1 year makes. He was running up to the people handing out candy like he had been doing it for years! Not even shy! Although I don't think he ever is really shy...must get that from his daddy ;)
Noah's friend Shea was a Princess Peacock. Her mama made the costume and it was amazing! She may even get into the local newspaper! Good job Ash!
A little close up of Shea's costume...She's adorable!

Loved today with Noah. Although it was super crowded and crazy, it was still fun to watch him trick-or-treat and have some fun doing something new. I must say, I had to secretly take candy out of his bucket so he would stop eating it. By the time we were done, I had a purse full of candy! He hasn't quite grasped the concept of putting the candy in the bucket and moving on to the next person/house. lol. Anywho, the weather was perfect; not too hot, not too cold! And to top it off, we both got to talk to Greg on the phone and text some photos of Noah. Of course it was SO nice to hear his voice! :)

After trick-or-treating, we waited around for the parade. Once the parade started, it was probably the only time Noah sat on the curb and didn't move. He loved the music, the costumes, and of course the candy being thrown at him!
