Tomorrow, weather permitted, a mom of one of the recruits is going to go take pictures of them on their first off base run. I HOPE HOPE HOPE it's good weather! Last week it was too cold so hopefully tomorrow will be okay. She posted a few photos of the training center on Facebook. :)
Found out today another person got a phone call. (Right now, I guess I can hope for no phone call!) Their son was reverted, and will now graduate 2 weeks later. Apparently last week he got in trouble for looking his Company Commander in the eyes (meaning he was not addressing properly). When you get in trouble, you receive "Performance Trackers" which you have to fill out and turn in. Unfortunatley, he forgot to turn it in that night. He was sent to RAMP (Recruit Attitude Motivational Program) for 2 days which is a remedial course one is placed in outside of the company to regain there track within their company. Most recruits that go to RAMP come back with a better attitude and are ready to continue on with training.
